Peaceful and recently renovated room on the ground floor, great location! 🌟

The rooms here are tidy, come with a coffee maker, and even a pullout couch; the price is very reasonable at $96, plus it's in a great and convenient location.

The food was good

The staff was very friendly. Loved the nice size king room on the main level and the way it was set up. Comfortable location not far from several restaurants, the mountains, and common areas.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The service was amazing. I had 6 good nights here.

Cozy double room I stayed in was clean and roomy, located on the main floor. I loved the fact that it had central heating 🌡️, a TV, and a comfy sitting area for me to relax in.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entire hotel was clean and well organized, including our room with new carpeting and bedding. The breakfast was phenomenal, offering a wide variety of delicious items such as omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon. The staff, especially the housekeeping on our floor, were amazing. They were courteous, attentive, and made sure our room was always fresh and well-stocked. The location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to several restaurants for quick meals.

The beds weren't the most comfy and the noise from the interstate was enough to be disruptive - it might be a bit quieter on the back of the hotel (our rooms were on the front side, closest to the interstate).

We had a great time staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Knoxville/East. The bed in our room was really comfortable, and the manager was extremely helpful. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including climate control, ironing facilities, and a work desk.

The room was very nice, and breakfast was good.

Friendly, clean, conveniently located... highly recommend this hotel! The hotel was booked to capacity I believe both nights we were there. The staff was second to none! So helpful, pleasant, friendly & professional. Great facility!!!

Fairfield Inn was conveniently located near the Knoxville Zoo and Pigeon Forge. The variety of breakfast options, including cereal, satisfied our kids. The presence of a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a helpful amenity. Despite the small size, the indoor pool was still enjoyable. Although we arrived late, check-in went smoothly. I recommend this hotel.
